As President of WR Starkey Mortgage, my job is to maximize productivity levels from every individual in our organization as well as focus on future growth opportunities for the company. By spending years in the field as a former top producing Loan Officer, I can understand the needs a sales person has in today’s competitive marketplace. We have built an incredible organization with a foundation consisting of character, integrity and stability that has our sales force growing while so many of our competitors are faltering. Headquartered in Plano, Texas we have grown WR Starkey Mortgage to be the largest independently owned mortgage company in the State of Texas! We currently employ over 500 people and maintain offices throughout Texas, Colorado, North Carolina, South Carolina, Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia and Oklahoma. Since opening our doors in January of 2000, we have originated and funded over $9 billion in residential mortgage loans in our retail only branches.
